NOVA Services (NOVA) is a State of California Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) as well as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through the Department of Veterans Affairs.
