The University of the Cordilleras is a premier Higher Education Institution in the Philippines. UC is awarded by CHED with Autonomous Status (since 2010), University Status (since 2003), and Centers of Excellence (since 2006). It is an identified Delivering HEI for Faculty Development, S&T and SIKAP Scholarships, and recipient of Research and Creative Project Grants. The University is a recognized DOST partner for Innovative and Techno Business Projects, accredited HEI for Science Education Institute Programs, and qualified Niche Center in the Regions for R&D in Mountain Engineering. UC has 50 academic program offerings accredited by PAASCU and PACUCOA. UC is certified with ISO 9001: 2015.
