We are the Community Development Corporation (CDC) serving all of Holyoke, Massachusetts. A mission driven 501 (c)(3) non-profit, we believe that every resident of Holyoke should live in a dignified home and a safe, attractive neighborhood. Everything OneHolyoke CDC does is intended to help fulfill that need. We build houses and sell them to first-time low and moderate income homeowners. We rehabilitate vacant, abandoned and distressed properties. We manage affordable apartments for low income and working families. We manage grants and loans that help homeowners and apartment owners maintain habitable housing. We are advocates for the neighborhoods we serve: especially competent at cleaning blight, supporting learning, public safety and quality of life issues.
