HPW Associates, LLC was established in 2001 to provide applied research, evaluation and program performance measurement in government, non-profit and private arenas. Our aim is to help bring success to human service organizations by providing high-quality research and evaluation services. We work with our clients in developing appropriate performance measurement and improvement structures that can be easily incorporated within their own organizations. This includes the framework for gathering data needed to monitor and manage programs, identify areas in need of improvement, formulate change and measure the resulting impact. In 2013 HPW Associates, LLC was awarded the "Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certification" and the "National Women's Business Enterprise Certification" by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
