• Plimmer House was built in the 1872 and became a fine dining restaurant in the 1970s under the same name.
• In 1991, Chris Green and John Lawrence sold Tinakori Bistro and bought Plimmer House. With a complete interior refit they transformed it into Boulcott Street Bistro.
• The Bistro has won numerous culinary and hospitality awards over the past two decades, from Corbans Wine and Food Challenge to the recent Capital Awards for Most Outstanding Chef.
