Collective Efforts is owned by two professional women engineers with overlapping expertise in the civil and environmental engineering fields.
Collective Efforts maintains SDB certifications with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services and as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the PA Unified Certification Program.

Collective Efforts’ environmental engineering services include: Phase I environmental site assessments; feasibility studies; compliance audits, engineering evaluations/cost analyses, hazardous waste remedial investigations; residual waste evaluations and compliance reporting; spill prevention plans; categorical exclusion evaluations; natural gas permitting; benthic macroinvertebrate surveys; closure plans; corrective measure studies; community relations; and environmental sampling.
