The Worker Empowerment Cabinet (WE) is aimed at driving and advancing the Mayor’s vision and priorities of enhancing and strengthening Boston’s workforce and economy by: setting the City’s future policy and vision for workers; focusing on worker protection, safety, and rights by regulating, overseeing and improving workplace conditions and health for workers; and; through workforce development, by expanding economic opportunity for workers through access to quality jobs, skills training and career pipelines.
