Murray PHN is significant in both size and diversity. Spanning northern Victoria, and including Albury, NSW, Murray PHN covers an area of almost 100,000 square kms and it will impact health services that are accessed by more than 644,000 people. Murray PHN will work closely with the health system to identify areas to: * Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes * Improve the coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time.
