MISSION Aim High empowers motivated middle school students from high risk environments to strengthen their character, self confidence, determination, and initiative through a challenging, engaging academic and personal enrichment program. WHO WE ARE Aim High is a four-year, tuition-free academic and personal support program for middle school students. WHAT WE DO The foundation is an intensive five-week academic and cultural enrichment summer session, supported bi-monthly meetings on Saturdays during the school year. Students participate for four years, enabling them to establish a strong academic foundation that will prepare them for success educationally and personally. WHO WE WANT 5th grade ‘B/C’ students with motivation to achieve who: • have good attendance • qualify for free/reduced lunch • are first generation college students, • are recommended by their school. First Priority consideration for students in St. Louis Public & Normandy school districts. THE DIFFERENCE WE MAKE • Over 95% of Aim High graduates go on to graduate from high school. • Over 80% of Aim High’s high school graduates have enrolled in or have completed colleges or continuing education programs.
