What do we do? We help entrepreneurs to invent their purpose, communicate it freely and establish meaningful relationships with stakeholders. Why purpose? Purpose is the unique future sketch, which haven’t existed yet, and one want to put everything to make it real. It’s the complex of beliefs, cultural code fragments, and values. To invent it one should look inside, not outside. Why invent purpose, not find, dig our or reveal? The purpose is not a gift or fate; it’s not a preoccupied set of targets; it's a choice; it's an answer to the most critical question in life - why I exist. So, no reason to exist, except the sense that you choose yourself. So choose consciously. The choice makes you accountable, not god, not society, not parents, no one, but you. Also, that choice gives you the freedom to change it, anytime, many times because it was your choice. Knowing your purpose gives you two significant things, direction and freedom to change it. Why relationships? We live in a transactional world; meanwhile, we as social animals need relationships to survive, to function and to sustain the enormous complexity of the myth. The intensity of interactions is enormous, it's almost a white noise of touching with different personalities, and we feel unsafe. It distracts us and sucks our power and focus. Transactional interaction is potentially dangerous for our limbic brain. Relationships give us the opposite feeling; they are lasting, uniting, and provide us with trust, the oil for any social and interpersonal mechanism. We thrive in relationships only!
