Great Properties International was formed by two real estate professionals, Daniel Gaviria and Anastasio Lorente. The company was created with a desire to open a boutique real estate agency that could be managed solely by both partners and to offer clients the most personalized and value-added services possible. Together, Daniel and Anastasio share a combined experience of over 40 years within the real estate industry including commercial and residential development, property management, and the buying, selling and renting of premier properties in South Florida. With international backgrounds, both Daniel and Anastasio maintain diverse and strong intercontinental networks of both eager buyers and sellers who rely upon their previous successes, knowledge of the South Florida real estate market and business acumen to make sound deals happen.
