The Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association is an unparalleled industry network of real estate alumni and friends sharing a common education and support of the Real Estate and Urban Land Economics program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Long known as pioneers in real estate education, UW Madison's program remains among the most reputable academic programs in the world. Members of the group come from virtually every part of the real estate industry including commercial and residential development, lending, investing, construction, consulting, brokerage, law, leasing, acquisition, property and asset management, title insurance, and more.
WREAA serves as a vital link between the Real Estate and Urban Land Economics Program at the University of Wisconsin Madison, current students of the program, and alumni and friends of the program and the real estate industry. WREAA members contribute to the ongoing development of the Wisconsin Real Estate Program through WREAA's financial support at a departmental level, through its financial support of students, and through the organization of its international network of alumni and affiliates who serve as "guardians" of the Program. Membership is open to all alumni of the UW Real Estate program. Individuals actively working in the real estate industry may apply for an affiliate membership. A full list of membership benefits can be found on WREAA’s website.
