The Mentorship is a social enterprise that supports students and graduates in their transition from full-time education into professional employment. It is our mission to provide ongoing training, practical resources and inspiring content for young people as they enter the workforce and build on their careers. We do this through personal development coaching, immersive internship programs, community-focused initiatives and via an online platform of curated and created content that both powers creative practice and inspires creative thinking. We believe creativity is the key that drives innovation, progress, change and action; and our goal is to connect young creators with industries so that both parties can thrive in our ever-changing cultural and economical landscape.
