ICA:UK is a registered charity and a statutory member of the Institute of Cultural Affairs International (ICAI) - a global network of private, non-profit, non-governmental organisations 'concerned with the human factor in world development'. We help people bring about positive change in their communities and organisations by providing a regular public schedule of 1-2-day facilitation courses around the UK and tailored in-house training that equips people with essential skills needed to actively involve all members of a group in decision making, build a team spirit that lasts, achieve consensus and make plans that really happen.
