CoAchieve BV has been founded by Claire Vanneste, a dynamic Strategy Consultant, Business Coach and Trainer. The purpose of the company is to offer Leadership and Career coaching, as well as Training and Facilitation. As a Leadership Coach and Trainer, Claire is currently focusing on coaching and training topics such as: people management, competency coaching, communication with impact, setting boundaries, giving feedback, generations in the workplace, stress & change, Insights Discovery and motivation. With more than 12 years of experience in the consulting world, Claire is very familiar with the ins and outs of organisations in a variety of sectors. She has extensive experience in providing training, giving workshops and presentations to small and large groups and this to different levels in the organization. Claire graduated from the Vlerick Business School with a Master in General Management. She also holds a master’s degree in Commercial Sciences with a major in Finance and Risk. As Claire is loving continuous learning, she regurlarly attends coaching trainings to further develop her coaching skills. Authenticity and personal growth are close to her heart.
