Building the new bank You may remember the name Williams & Glyn. It’s part of RBS and was known as the ‘alternative bank’ when it was last on the high street nearly 30 years ago. It introduced a number of new ideas to British banking, was famous for customer service and built a loyal following. As we embark on this remarkable journey, we are seeking people who put customers at the heart of everything they do, readily challenge the status quo and who enjoy working in a close-knit, agile culture.
