WoMen in Finance is a group of 48 organisations active in the financial sector in Belgium. Our goal is to accelerate gender balance at all levels within the financial sector and to raise awareness about diversity and inclusion. Our members commit to measuring their glass ceilings, building an action plan, sharing their results.
