The process lab ISO4 clean room offers the collaboration opportunity with major IDMs and OSATs on development of 3D SOIC Advanced Packaging processes and equipment. With 150 R&D engineers specializing in full spectrum of engineering (Software, hardware, vision, motion, processes and manufacturing), R&D Besi SG develops customized solutions to mainstream customers, sustain Besi mainstream products and offer technical expertise in solving customers' process challenges.
