Venice offers an inimitable range of possibilities and services to those who organise events and conferences: venues for prestigious, modular and multifunctional events, in particular the congress centre of the Palazzo del Cinema and the Casino on the Lido of Venice, or renowned historical sites such as the Palazzo Ducale or the Arsenal. Venice allows the use of public spaces, including the waterfront, of the city with the possibility of commercial communication to millions of tourists, including obtaining authorisations and permits. An “event card” is dedicated to congress participants which promotes mobility on public transport. Pre/post congress activities can be organized in collaboration with the main cultural institutions such as the Venice Casino, La Fenice theatre and the Civic Museums.
