Quality Engineering was founded in 1995 as a partnership and in 1998 was established as a limited company. In 2003 it was changed in an engineering company (Inarcassa license n. SI 002613) and from then continuously operates in the following activity areas: • process simulation with material and energy balances; • process design of chemical industry equipment: heat exchangers, waste heat boilers, steam generators, condensers, columns, reactors, separators, etc.; • mechanical design of equipment, pressure vessels calculation (code ASME I, ASME VIII, TEMA, VSR, EN, etc.); • piping design (plant layout, 3D-modeling/routing, stress analysis, isometric sketches, etc.); • control and instrumentation design (control system architecture, instruments datasheet, control systems, etc.); • civil engineering (RC and steel structures design, construction management); • procurement for packages and plants (technical specification processing, technical and commercial evaluation of concurrent bidders, supply follow- up/expediting, quality inspection); • FEA modeling for thermo-fluid dynamic and structural analysis of chemical industry equipments and its details; • energy management of industrial processes, use of energy optimizing, waste heat recovery processes, cogeneration, trigeneration, thermal-solar plants, photovoltaic-solar plants, geothermal heat pumps, power certification of buildings, solutions development for maximizing power efficiency; • design and construction management of technological and electric plants for air conditioning in private and industrial sectors; fire-fighting plants; design and balancing of fluid distribution nets; power panels design, functional diagrams, assembling and wiring diagrams;
