As Avis Budget Group's largest licensee, the Betterway Group began with a single location in 1977 and has expanded to over 60 rental locations in 8 markets along with unique local reservation websites. Betterway and its affiliated LLCs independently own and operate airport and local community locations in Atlanta, Birmingham, Kansas City, Memphis, Tupelo, Nebraska, Utah, and Wichita. Budget Atlanta carries a line of rental vehicles, including sedans, fuel-efficient vehicles, luxury cars, convertibles, SUVs, pickup trucks, minivans, passenger vans, cargo vans, and moving trucks.
