Founded in Pawtucket, RI, in 1936 as Cote & Lowrey, the agency’s name changed to Cote & Troy in 1964, becoming Troy & Pires in 1980, and continuing to grow into what is now known as Troy, Pires & Allen in 1990. TPA has been serving the community for more than 70 years and moved to their current location at 376 Newport Avenue, East Providence in 2004. The agency offers a wide variety of personal and business insurance coverage through more than twenty five providers.
