Highlands Council is a non-profit community entity with the responsibility of ensuring the quality of life aspects of all Issaquah Highlands. Its mission is to foster the development of a vibrant and caring community committed to service, diversity, and well-being. Highlands Council manages the Issaquah Highlands community center, Blakely Hall, organizes community events like Highlands Day, and manages community communication tools including Connections news, issaquahhighlands.com, weekly email bulletins and official social media sites.
ISSAQUAH HIGHLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (IHCA):
The IHCA is the Issaquah Highlands homeowners association that prides itself on ensuring homeowner satisfaction. The IHCA maintains common areas and delivers unsurpassed customer service in all areas of management – all of which translates to growth of the community, ever rising property values, and nationally-known recognition. The IHCA works closely with other Issaquah Highlands non-profits (including Highlands Council) to continue that tradition and foster greater community spirit.
HIGHLANDS FIBER NETWORK (HFN):
Issaquah Highlands’ community-owned, fiber to the home, optic communication system delivering data, voice, and other advanced communications services to every home in Issaquah Highlands.
