Established in May 2011, we are the UK's first and leading inclusion membership organisation for employers looking to build inclusive workplaces.
With a membership of over 450 organisations and growing, we work in partnership with our members so that we can bring together best practice and cutting-edge thinking to promote innovation and support organisations to gain from the social and commercial benefits of inclusion. Working across the whole spectrum of inclusion, we also design and deliver training and consultancy solutions, offer CMI qualifications in Inclusion & Diversity and have our own accreditation, the Inclusive Employers Standard.
We work through organisations advocating an approach that helps everyone understand that diversity is about them, and inclusion is their opportunity to add value and feel valued. Our approach is robust and practical, innovative and courageous. If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got.
Inclusive Employers was founded in 2011 and runs National Inclusion Week in September each year.
