Fitness & Yoga:
We offer Olympic WOD, Cardio Burn, a Mobility class and many more fitness classes throughout the week. We have classes start as early as 5 a.m. and as late as 6 p.m., that allows anybody to squeeze in some fitness in a busy work day. We also offer Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Flow Yoga and Yoga for Climbers throughout the week. In addition to our yoga and fitness schedule, we can also personalize your own time and workout schedule with some one-on-one personal fitness training.
Youth Team:
The youth team at Climb Nashville is a climbing development program for children ages 7-17. Our dedicated staff provide fun, challenging instruction that develops your child's fitness, climbing ability, and character. Our program encourages the development of a life-long passion for climbing through an emphasis on respect, problem-solving, communication and overcoming fears.
