Amplex AB is the parent company in a privately owned Swedish corporate group that acquires, owns and develops technology companies in selected niches. The group currently consists of more than 20 companies mainly active in lifting and materials handling, workplace safety and lighting. Together the companies have annual sales of approximately SEK 1,100 million with some 500 employees in Sweden, Finland, UK, France, Germany, the USA, Canada and China. We strive to grow as a group and expand both organically and through acquisitions. As owner, we act in the long term and with great confidence in the companies' own competence to run and develop their operations. Amplex has two sister groups – KAMIC Group and Mindelon – with which we share, in all significant aspects, our business model and values. Amplex also shares several management functions with it sister groups.
