Together, at Billericay Town FC Women and Girls, we are building a legacy that transcends the boundaries of the football field. Our mission is to foster a female-led football club that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional sports organizations. We endeavour to impact larger societal change by ensuring that girls and women have equal access to sports, thereby contributing to the overall promotion of gender equality. By creating an environment, bespoke to the needs of female players we aim to inspire and empower girls to challenge societal norms and stereotypes, building their self-esteem and encouraging them to pursue their passions fearlessly, both on and off the pitch. In combining our passions for football, gender equality, and financial and environmental stewardship, we are creating a modern and sustainable club which develops exceptionally talented athletes and nurtures well-rounded individuals, conscious of their impact on the world around them.
