Shine On is a value-based organisation that is rapidly emerging and thriving in women's fashion. Having started in a basement to now growing our team of over 100 staff, three physical stores and an online distribution warehouse in a short period of time has allowed us to see a constant state of change and growth. Our purpose is to celebrate women. We want to help build confidence in women and encourage them to accept and love themselves as they are. Founded on the principles of inclusivity and 'embracing the brave and beautiful you' we have forged a Facebook community of over 100 000+ like-minded women who share our values and passion for the difference that confidence can create in their lives. We are driven by holding true to our beliefs and having a positive impact on all the people that we connect with. It is a community of supportive and like-minded women that strive to develop their self-confidence from within.
