Global Girl Project is an international organization that works to create true community change in the developing world, through the training, education and empowerment of young women.
We partner with NGOs throughout the developing world to sponsor teenage girls aged 15 to 18 years to participate in our leadership training and cultural exchange. Through our flagship exchange program, in Nepal, we bring together girls from all different developing countries to learn about different cultures, languages and religions and through these experiences, they develop their own Community Action Project. Each scholar becomes a leader in her own home community by implementing and running her own project to address a social issue of her choosing.
As we grow, we are also implementing an online leadership course that will work to create even greater impact globally through the power, innovation and strength of our most untapped resource, our young women.
