With more than 120 apprentices, bildxzug is one of the largest training companies in Canton Zug. The supporting association, the Zug Vocational Education and Training Network («Zuger Berufsbildungs-Verbund»), is a non-profit organization currently comprising around 160 companies and partner organizations in the economic region of Zug that provide apprenticeships for bildxzug apprentices. Together with its partner companys, bildxzug trains apprentices in the areas of commerce, mediamatics and information technology. bildxzug offers its expertise and dedication to companies that cannot provide apprenticeship places themselves or are unable to do so in certain areas or that simply want to avail of the services of bildxzug. bildxzug as a training company bears the main responsibility for the apprentices during the entire training period and takes over all organizational and administrative tasks, while the partners concentrate on the operational part of the training. The apprentices receive professional support and guidance throughout their VET program, and become familiar with a range of companies and company cultures during their apprenticeships. Together with its training partners, bildxzug strives to ensure that the apprentices develop and are supported in a sustainable way, and plays an important part in supplying the regional labor market with skilled workers.
