ccha is a Registered Provider based in Croydon and has been operating since 1967. We aim to be THE community housing association in our area, meeting locally identified needs by providing a professional, caring and responsive service to our residents. ccha own and manage over 1,500 homes across the London Boroughs of Croydon, Sutton, Bromley and Merton. These include mainstream housing for families and single people and housing for older people.
