• Corporate communications - Developing/refreshing corporate and business messaging to support business objectives. Rolling out joined-up comms strategies and processes which work at every level of the organisation, across every channel
• Social media consultancy - Including social media auditing, developing listening/response frameworks, delivering strategic/channel recommendations (often including aligning or refreshing corporate messaging), content planning training, paid-for targeting, and support for internal teams
• Social media training - from one-to-one private/coaching sessions for CEOs, to developing bespoke sessions for teams of any size; for corporate objectives ranging from improving b2b/stakeholder communications through to publicity generation
• Crisis communications - creating, testing and improving crisis preparedness across customer service, social media, PR and front of house teams. Developing and tweaking crisis guidelines and social media/PR escalation processes
• Publicity-generation and PR support, particularly for growing/challenger brands in the tech space and those not quite big enough to have their own Comms Director
