In 2010 we released our online reporting system Instant Intelligence Reporting, for the first time allowing research execs to build web based reporting systems needing little more than a good knowledge of Excel. Direct data connection can now be made to Xcelsius (from SAP) adding online Flash based dashboarding functionality at only minimal cost. Instant Intelligence Reporting brings self-service reporting to the research world, no longer will online reporting only be limited to the largest tracking studies. Data Liberation also runs a scanning bureau using our own in-house written software, Beyond Question(tm), which has been optimised specifically for the capture of paper based market research.
