We are Polaris Research Group, a new research consulting group comprised of a multidisciplinary research team united by a shared goal of enhancing health equity. Together, we aim to improve health equity and reshape the landscape of health through thoughtful research.
Polaris Research Group aims to make a more equitable and just world, with our goal specifically on advancing health equity. Our passion lies in identifying health disparities, working to understand them better, and studying and developing solutions to make the most impact. While most organizations share this desire, they often need more resources and a more nuanced understanding to address health disparities better. This is where our interdisciplinary team of experts comes in, helping organizations strive toward health equity and better serve the needs of the underserved populations they aim to impact.
Our solution is bringing together experts in various public health and health equity fields to tackle problems and goals for our clients in a thorough, high-quality, and evidence-based approach. Depending on our client's needs, our services include program development and implementation, quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods research methodology, or a combination.
Our team encompasses over 100 years of cumulative research and program development experience across multiple disciplines, including mental health, behavioral health, public health, counseling, and clinical science. Specializing in areas such as racial disparities, health equity, chronic disease management, men's health, HIV, suicide, and severe mental illness, we bring expertise from governmental (e.g., National Institute of Health, National Institute on Drug Abuse), academic (e.g., Johns Hopkins University, University of Michigan, University of Mississippi), private, and start-up sectors.
