The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) was founded in 1971 as Ontario's first Regional Police Service. The NRPS serves the residents and visitors of the Niagara Region which includes twelve Municpalities: St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Grimsby, Lincoln, Niagara-On-The-Lake, Pelham, Thorold, Wainfleet and West Lincoln.
