We team with legal professionals to provide end-to-end discovery services, from collection through production including a unique review process offering that integrates the legal team and quality control, to major corporations and law firms. We focus on efficient and effective process, cycle time reduction and minimizing all-in cost by striving for programmatic solutions. We believe in measurement and transparency throughout the process. The process is the solution and technology is used as a tool to support the process design. To align us with our clients in pursuing the most cost effective solutions, nobody at ACT is paid a commission on sales. To encourage dialogue throughout the process we do not charge additionally for Technical Process Consulting, Workflow Design, Project Management or Training. Our major value is in collaboratively understanding and shaping the strategic plan with the legal team with associated tactics.
