Some of the programs that AAA deliver includes; - strength and conditioning sessions - speed and agility sessions - multifaceted game-based activities - fitness classes - holiday clinics - healthy eating initiatives and education and - rugby sessions AAA aims to reduce the risk of injury, chronic health conditions, improve mental wellness, help young athletes aim for peak athletic condition and most importantly have fun and make friends.
