The Culture of Respect is highly facilitated, online DEI training. Our model celebrates all of our unique, multifaceted identities, increases confidence and fluency in difficult conversations, and fosters cross-cultural understanding. We like to say we're "teaching humans why we should value each other's lives". Our full, 10-week course is a powerful, transformative experience. We also offer 90-minute and 3-hour models.
