The Staff College: Leadership in Healthcare (Staff College) is a national charity that delivers a wide range of leadership development programmes and coaching offers for senior and high potential aspiring leaders. Our practical and experiential programmes enable leaders to develop the awareness, skills and moral behaviours to enable them to lead within the increasing complexity of providing health and social care.
Our highly engaging and provocative faculty brings together senior leaders with extensive experience of both leading, and developing leaders, in the health service, military, and business. Together, they have a rich collective expertise in the development of better leaders.
Since 2010, we have worked with over 4,500 leaders working in NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, Primary Care, Community Care, Local Authority and Social Care. We offer three different development programmes, our flagship Senior Leadership Development Programme, bespoke programmes for organisations and bespoke programmes designed around the specific needs of a team or Board.
We have professional accreditation from the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.
