We are an asset management-minded, commercialisation-focused business. We give our clients access to the resource and expertise that the largest shopping centre owners employ in-house, but as an outsourced option. We work closely alongside our clients as part of their wider asset teams to devise non-core revenue strategies, tailored to the client and to each individual asset, and effectively insert the required level and depth of resource into our client’s team to implement and deliver the strategies. We specialise in the retail environment; we love it, it is our world. We are currently managing a portfolio of 27 shopping centres and over 70 retail and shopping parks for a range of clients from the institutional to the private investor, and everything in between.
