Combining the talents and expertise of world class scientists, composers, musicians, artists, and technologists, we enable the creation and staging of science-guided music and visual experiences to inspire people to engage actively on the issue of climate change.
Across diverse communities, climate awareness and action may take different forms depending on the available time and resources. That’s where music fits in—music is a universal language that defies language barriers, socioeconomic disparities, and cultural differences. Through music, we’re able to bring communities together and celebrate our rich diversity.
Music is familiar, accessible, and—for most people—much easier to relate to than articles or lectures about the climate crisis. We created The ClimateMusic Project to harness this universal language to tell the urgent story of climate change to broad and diverse audiences in a way that resonates emotionally, educates, and motivates action.
Our core focus on accelerating climate action, and to that end we provide our audiences with easy access to resources and opportunities to participate in specific actions and campaigns.
