WizdomCRM is a digital literacy platform which teaches participants core financial skills. All learning approaches are integrated through Isabella, the game’s bespoke AI tool, who guides users through the visual, written, and auditory learning material. Students are given US$100,000.00 in virtual money to buy and sell stocks from companies listed on the Barbadian, Jamaican, Trinbagonian and American stock exchanges. Participants are encouraged to conduct research and analyze evidence to make wise investments. The gamified learning platform equips young people with the skills, knowledge and incentive to make sound investments - and teaches young people to make strategic and better decisions with their money. By painting a vivid image of local business landscapes, the platform also helps to prepare young people for the employment market and helps them to learn more about the businesses, employers, and industries that they may interact with in the future. The platform has been approved by the Ministry of Education T&T and incorporates aspects of the National Curriculum Framework and aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals 1,4 and 8.
