Centre for Social Transformation (CST) is an NGO that works to promote peace, prevent conflict, build trust and encourage intercultural dialogue, empower women and Roma youth. Our mission is to contribute to the forming of an inclusive, just and fair society, in which diversity is understood and respected, and each member of society can contribute and manifest their full human potential, in respect of each other. Focus areas: • Trustbuilding: Peace and social cohesion through trust and reconciliation (Inter-ethnic dialogues, Peace Circles, Conflict resolution seminars). • Ethical leadership: Developing a leadership culture based on moral integrity, compassion and selfless service. Centre for Social Transformation is the result of five years of activity as an informal group – Club for Young Leaders - which worked for promoting and strengthening ethical leadership within young people, as well as supporting honest dialogue between people of different, diverse backgrounds.
