- Upgrading the state building code to be more energy efficient.

- Setting a state goal to reduce global warming pollution 20% by 2020 and 80% by 2050.
- Creating a Renewable Portfolio Standard that requires 25% of new electricity come from 100% clean, renewable by 2025.
