We are growers and creators of delicious salads, from crunchy heads of iceberg, to mixed bags bursting with flavour and nutrients, all from our farm in the heart of the country, direct to the shelves of our customers. We are the UK’s first vertically integrated fully prepared bagged salads operation. We’re third-generation farmers who believe in nurturing the ground we work on to produce great-tasting whole head and prepared salads. Our family business has spanned more than two decades, making us experts in the field, and one of the UK’s leading salad growers and most innovative prepared salad businesses. Set in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, our 3,800-acres of fields are home to a variety of salad crops.
