The Dillman Family began making all natural apple butter in a small town in Southern Indiana in 1970. Carl and Sue Dillman sold their apple butter to orchards and small shops in the area. In 1981 Carl was asked to make some strawberry and peach preserves for a local bakery, after perfecting the making of preserves he added those to the product line. Today we make over 100 different all natural fruit butter spreads, preserves, jellies, mustards, salsas, barbecue sauces, reduced sugar spreads, and hot apple products at our cookhouse in Bloomington, Indiana.
