Founded in 2009, we opened the first Homegrown Sustainable Sandwich shop in Seattle, WA. Over the last 10 years, we’ve learned a lot about the power of consumer decisions to change the food system. In 2018 we took steps to expand beyond our fast-casual sandwich shops to grow our impact on the regional food systems in the PNW and NorCal. Today, we operate retail, wholesale and mobile food businesses. With the help of our customers & supporters, we plan to continue pushing the boundaries of the sustainable food system, improving the lives of farmworkers, the planet, and our employees along the way.
