Our inline dip fluxer provides the capability to place ultra-fine BGA's and POP (package on package). Quality is built into the line, from our 2&1/2D inspection camera on our screen printer, to our in-line Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), to 2D Xray and 3D x-ray for use on boards with BGA's and QFNs.
