Clan Gordon is a firm of chartered surveyors focused on delivering quality private rented sector (PRS) homes for tenants. We aim to drive up standards by developing new, purpose built homes to rent and managing existing rented stock better. With PRS set to grow to provide 20% of homes by 2020, we believe a new PRS needs to be built to meet the demand. We also believe this can be done using sustainable, eco-friendly, energy efficient models of development.
