Bristol Community Ferry Boats Limited is a friendly and reliable boat service which operates in the Bristol Floating Harbour. We are a community business which offers a water taxi service around the harbour, guided tours, private hire events and educational trips. Our blue and yellow ferryboats began running in 1977 and have since become one of Bristol's unique icons, a bright and friendly presence which can be seen all year round. We provide a community focused, friendly ferry service and we pride ourselves on our unrivalled reliability: Visitors are safe in the knowledge that we run our service every day except Christmas day come rain or shine; they can always expect a warm Bristol welcome from our staff. Our crew are very passionate about their jobs and this city - we like to make sure that locals and visitors have all the information they need to get the best from their time here. We're an unsubsidised, not for profit company - everything we make beyond our running costs goes back into providing a better service for Bristol and improving and preserving our fleet of boats for the future.
